Chef Guy Clarkâs vision for his menu immediately resonated with me. Our initial meetings had us both inspired and excited by the unique creation of a triple purpose piece for his ten course tasting menu.
This collaboration has grown and seen us complete many projects together. Guy continues to be one of my great mentors in this adventure for which I am truly grateful.
