Chef and restaurant owner Mike Bassett has been my unwavering mentor and creative collaborator during 2018.
Our paths crossed years ago when I created a range of plates for Myoga. At the beginning of 2018 he saw a project I was working on and encouraged me to create the catalogue that now exists!
Myoga has been the testing ground for many an exciting new glaze, with breathtaking plating by Chef Germaine Esau. This has been an honour and a privilege.
